New regulations “De Warre” 2011-2012
• All FEI regulations are valid for all contests.
• Ponies can start out of competition.
• All riders must wear the correct uniform.
• Every horse is allowed to compete in 2 classes after another.
• Please always choose the correct horse name. If there’s still no name completed after the first notification, we’ll automatically delete you from the start list.
• Registration is limited up to 5 horses per class for each rider. If the number of participants is under 60, we hold the right to only allow 3 horses each class. When you’re however registered with more horses, we can delete you from the start list without warning.
• Subscribe an extra horse or starting again in the same class will only be possible on the next available starting number and this will be a start out of competition. No free starting numbers, No starting position. Only at the last class of the day it is possible to register additionally.
• The jumping will take place at the correct starting number (you’re free to choose your starting numbers true the online registration module). When you’re registered with several horses and you were no longer in the position to choose the right starting numbers, we ask you to send us an e-mail before closing time, so we can position you starting numbers in a correct way.
• Thursday after 17:00H you can find the final start lists and hours on our website.
• Cancellations need to reach us at latest before closing time. Those how fail to timely cancel after a first notification, will be automatically deleted from the start list in the future.
• Riders arriving late, can only start at a free starting number and out of competition. When there are no free numbers available anymore, there cannot be participated!

  Renting a one (1) day box: €15,00/box included 2 package of shavings – neither hay nor provender.
